Modern diagnostic techniques, including neuroimaging, biomarker analysis, electrophysiological studies, and artificial intelligence-assisted assessment, have enhanced clinical accuracy. At the same time, innovative therapeutic approaches such as targeted pharmacotherapy, neuromodulation, gene therapy, and personalized medicine are transforming neurological care.
